Your $49 one-time purchase provides access to the Salesforce AI Readiness Assessment. It is not a subscription and does not include Salesforce software, implementation services, legal advice, or a guarantee of business results.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, submit only information you are authorized to share, and avoid including credentials or highly sensitive personal data.

Refunds

If you cannot access or submit the assessment because of a technical problem attributable to this service, contact the business from which you purchased it so the issue can be corrected or a refund considered. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Limitations

The assessment provides informational guidance based on the information supplied. Decisions involving security, privacy, compliance, or material investment should receive appropriate professional review.
